Console:
The operation console is installed in the user's centralized control room. The control cabinet is mainly composed of industrial control computer, PLC, Hall voltage and current sensor, intermediate relay, terminal block, power switch, button switch and so on. The operation console PLC communicates with the load box through the network cable. , Remotely control the load resistance of the load, and monitor the operating status of the load. The power supply for the remote console is AC220V-50Hz, and the power supply line is the bottom line of the cable. It is connected to the load box through the data transmission line, and the intelligent test is realized by the data management software on the industrial computer. The console has complete control functions, test functions, data management and communication functions, monitoring display and alarm functions.
Load box box:
The cabinet and resistor frame are designed with full consideration of ventilation, heat dissipation and hoisting. In the arrangement of control components, factors such as maintenance operations are fully considered. During the test, hot air was discharged directly out of the box.
(1) The container is made of corrosion-resistant material, and the panel thickness is not less than 2mm.
