1. Local touch screen panel control
The load bank has a local touch screen. The loading and unloading of loads and the operation of the fan can be controlled through the touch screen. The equipment has various protection functions such as emergency stop, sound and light alarm, etc. When manually loading, first select the power steps through the touch screen, then press the confirming button, the required power will be automatically loaded. With this design, it could avoid user misoperation. The control panel is equipped with intelligent instruments to monitor the electrical parameters of the load when it is running, with various resistance load opening and closing displays, fan start and stop displays, and resistor room temperature displays to meet customer site control requirements.
2. Remote control
Reserved communication interface for remote control. Through testing software, user could control the load bank loading and unloading, fan start and off, and record all the testing reports and data.
Through remote data management software, all tests required can be completed, and relevant data can be recorded and reports can be generated.
The software interface displays related electrical parameters (current, voltage, active power, reactive power, power factor, etc.) and the number of branches through analog meters and digital displays. The background interface has load bank fault alarm function and specific log records.
a. Manual loading: Manually adjust the value of loading and manually select the power ratio value of automatic loading as required, and the running time of each section of loading value can manually terminate the loading process, and the manual has priority control function.
