Control Method
Local manual panel control
The load bank has a control panel. Through the panel, user can control the loading and unloading of power and the operation of the fan. There are power steps indicators, fan indicators, temperature display in the resistance room on the panel, and E-Stop, sound and light alarm as well.
Protection System
(1) Emergency stop: All loads can be unloaded by press this button, and cannot be loaded in the locked state of emergency stop, and an audible and visual alarm will be issued.
(2) Short-circuit protection: The load circuit is equipped with a fuse, which is unloaded in the event of a short-circuit.
(3) Temperature protection: There is a temperature measuring instrument on the control panel of the load bank, which displays the temperature in the load box. When the temperature exceeds the safety threshold, loads will be unloaded and alarmed.
(4) Fan air volume protection: When the air volume of any fan is insufficient, loads will be automatically unloaded and alarm step by step.
(5) Fan thermal overload protection: when any fan fails to operate normally, loads will be automatically unloaded and alarm step by step.
