The most common operating modes of electronic loads are constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant power (CP) and constant resistance (CR) modes. Once the electronic load is programmed into a mode, it will remain in that mode until the mode changes. Additionally, the mode will change if a fault condition such as overpower or overtemperature occurs. If mode is selected, the following current, resistance, voltage and power mode parameters can be programmed. When a mode is selected via the front panel or programmed, most of the relevant parameters take effect on the inputs.
