Tsinghua University Rural Revitalization Practice Team Visits Fullde Electric For Exchange

        On the afternoon of January 29, a practice team from the Rural Revitalization Workstations of Tsinghua University and Peking University visited Hunan Fullde Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fullde Electric") for research and exchange. Li Wengen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, personally received the student and faculty delegation. They were accompanied by representatives from the Yiyang Municipal Publicity Department and Liu Chang, Deputy Secretary of the Taojiang County Committee, who presided over a thematic symposium on industrial development and technological innovation.

        Under the guidance of Chairman Li Wengen, the practice team conducted an in-depth tour of the company's modern production workshops. Through on-site observation of the precise operation of automated processing equipment and a comprehensive demonstration of the intelligent management system, the students and faculty gained a direct understanding of the company's technical advantages in core processes and its level of intelligent manufacturing, deepening their awareness of the "hardcore" capabilities of high-end equipment manufacturing.

        Following the tour, both parties held a discussion in the company's conference room. Chairman Li Wengen extended a warm welcome to the students from Tsinghua and Peking Universities and emphasized, "There are no backward industries, only outdated technologies. Sustainable enterprise development must rely on technological innovation and talent support. We highly value industry-academia-research collaboration with universities and look forward to establishing a long-term interaction mechanism through this event."

         During the symposium, the students actively raised questions regarding trends in the electrical industry, challenges in technological breakthroughs, and career development planning, engaging in in-depth exchanges with the company's management in a lively and congenial atmosphere. This research activity not only provided the university delegation with a profound understanding of the practical aspects of county-level industrial development but also showcased the vitality and commitment of private enterprises in driving technological innovation.
